Hey Jessica!! You are so talented!!! I'm going to be taking the Wilton Classes in the Spring and I've been excited about it, but now I'm seriously ready to start it today!!! Hi, I'm a friend of Mary Beth's and let me just say WOW, your cakes are awesome!!!! The Teddy Graham cake was so cool, and they are all just so beautiful and artistic!! and I'm sure time consuming. I made a lightsaber cake for my 3 year old's birthday and it was a fair amount of work, and my first experience with fondant (I made the marshmallow fondant). It turned out nice though. Your cakes inspire me to bust out the creativity! Maybe I'll have to try the cookies on sticks and cookies for dimension idea!!
